Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders are looking for energetic individuals who are seeking a hands- on internship working for a professional sports team. This internship will provide an experience that will gain exposure in sales, customer service, and overall game-day experience. From this opportunity you will gain valuable skills, contacts and experience vital to beginning a career in the exciting field of professional sports.
Description: The Game-Day internship will require being available for the entire 2010 Oakland Raider football season. Typical game days include being at the stadium a few hours prior to game time and staying until the conclusion of the game. Duties include providing assistance to ticket holders at ticket accommodation office prior to game, being involved with various game-day contests and prizes, and a variety of tasks associated with game-day operations.
Qualifications: Strong candidates must be able to show a strong sense of energy and passion. In addition, strong candidates will have the ability to multi-task efficiently, pay close attention to detail and remain organized. The ability to be punctual and follow a schedule is very important. Candidates must be able to be available for the entire Oakland Raider Football season. Interns must be able to work well with others.

This is a non-profit on University that works to help “new Americans” or local immigrants/refugees create and implement new businesses. Mariel de Leon is a second year intended Business Administration major. She grew up in Fremont, California. She loves to spend her free time with her family, friends, and loved ones, shopping, or watching One Tree Hill and TFC. Her outlook in life is summed up by the quote “He won’t give me what I can’t bear.” She can’t wait to plan and celebrate P4’s Tenth Anniversary and wants to play an active role in seeing P4 grow even more through networking events and increasing bonds within the partnership as well as the Berkeley community as a whole.

Ashley Pasco Villanueva is a second year intended Media Studies major from Oxnard, California. Aside from school, Ashley enjoys photography, reading, watching basketball (especially the Lakers), shopping, and spending time with family. She is involved with the Pilipino Academic Student Services (PASS) and The Daily Californian. At the Daily Cal, she is Assistant Design Editor and Night Producer. Her family and the quote “The bad news is that time flies. The good news is that you’re the pilot.” are her main inspirations. This year, Ashley hopes to increase P4’s visibility with students, alumni, and professionals.
